Gary’s play ‘The 49’, played at Theatre N16 in Balham, from 30th May -17th June 2017

It also played two nights at The Marlborough, Brighton.

It is response to the horrific attacks at Pulse, the gay night club which took place in Orlando in June 2016, where a single gunman murdered 49 mostly gay victims, leaving 53 survivors. The play is funded by Arts Council England.

The first is the power of the narrative; the second, the trio of young actors that, with a full commitment to the story, achieved a lasting impression.
